At least that was the plan. Think I'll still be short after these. Sorry guys, this week has been, interesting, to say the least. But enough about me, lets all enjoys more mistranslated weirdness. And I just caught the typo in that sentence, but I think it fits with the theme . . .

Pegasus
He and one of the toughest riders hang-glider known. Also been able to: former Olympic champion, former world champion, Pegasus and a true "cavalry" in his hang glider. Makes unbelievable maneuvers, swooped almost landing, nobody knows how to use the air currents. With his athletic ability and the hang glider, the commandos have joked that he would very much like soap opera actor. . .
Once, in a competition, he was the last to submit. Everyone already congratulated the future champion, who had taken note ten, Oh, Pegasus took off on his hang glider. Their flight was so perfect, but so perfect that for the first time in history, the judges have had no choice: his note was 10 +
In Brazil, Pegasus was one of several figures who mentioned being a glider pilot, but as far as I can tell, the Air Commando gliders weren't released there. The final line in the first paragraph seems to have translated fairly well, but I have no idea what the hell they're talking about.

Vandal
When you think in disarray, turmoil, chaos, this thinking in Vandalia. Unpredictable and insensitive, he feels a special pleasure to destroy, destroy, disable everything and everyone. Even some Cobras admit: and better not contradict it, you never know what will your reaction!
One of the favorite diversions of small Vandal was up very early. It would be commendable were it not the reason. . . You know what he did? He went from bar to bar and stole bottles of soft drinks in front of the bars closed!
Light on details, we know nothing of what makes him unique or what he can do. The only real insight into his character is that he liked to steal soda as a kid. Joe filecards are great since they give yo enough to build a framework of who a character is, but with enough gaps that you can make the character your own. But this, this is going too far. Almost no character whatever. But in the end, you never do know what will your reaction I suppose.

General Strike
He was born to command. Placed helmet, intercom set, General Strike is ready to take action. Reasoning with extremely fast and a polar cold when making decisions, he and the right man for the most impossible missions!
He organized football championships, swapped old for new comics, ran excursions with the whole class. With this spirit of leadership that could end only in it for the Army Command, was only a matter of time!
His Nome de Codigo is still Scoop. General Strike is his specialty. Which now that I type it out seems to be a bit of an oxymoron. Pretty unremarkable card, but the last line in the first section is great.

Cobra Armor
"Armor"
"He has a heart of gold, that boy," his parents said. "So does good," commented the neighbors. Since child, Snake Armor lived for others, his life had not, until one day, tired of all this and its going down his arm around the world. The good boy became a beast. And later, a bad man.
It became so bad that joined the Cobras, wore a bullet-proof armor and anti-laser, and now fighting the commandos with all forces. "And an iron man and without heart," everyone says.
Interesting repurposing of Armored CC here. Well, not so much interesting as just kind of odd. Reminds me a bit of the Joker analog in Wanted, a great, pious man, who after a near-death experience realizes there's no afterlife and decides that if there's no eternal reward that he's going to do everything he wants while he's alive. Except with Armor here, he just kind of decided one day to be a dick I guess?
