Let's see if we can figure out what parts Hasbro is recycling in the new line.

Joe Colton: New Head, PoC Recondo Torso (why?), Jungle Duke Legs
Black Dragon Ninja: Repaint of 30th Stormy, with Resolute SE Glider Pack
Kim Arashikage: Looks like all 3 share the same body, with the SDCC White one having the unmasked head.
Lady Jaye: Looks to be a repaint of Renegades Scarlett Body, with New head

-Blind Master is also Renegades Storm Shadow with a new skirt/waistcoat thing.
-The Alley-Viper re-uses a bunch of Alley-Viper parts, with what looks to be the same upper legs and chest from the Retaliation Duke and Flint figures
-Cyber-Ninja is sporting the Elite Viper's arms, upper legs, and chest armor. And Wraith's head, obviously. The lower legs look to be new, given their weird joint.
-Ghost Hawk Duke is modeling the Steel Brigade helmet from that TRU 6-pack (since used for other stuff, too).
-The SDCC Destro has Techno-Viper arms, Renegades Cobra Trooper legs and vest, and the PoC Gatling Gun Destro's cool money-filled briefcase.

Alley Viper reuses bobble head parts...just look at the size of that noggin!

Looks like Duke shares the torso and upper legs with the alley viper.

Night-Viper has Shock Trooper's upper body, what I THINK is Recondo's upper legs, and the rest... search me.

The new Crimson Guard has Alley-Viper's legs, the Shock Trooper arms, old school CG torso and a new head and vest.

The Night Viper also uses the lower legs from the second 5 pack/Hall of Fame Storm Shadow and the Jungle Viper head. The webgear is from the RoC MARS Officer. Not sure on the feet, but I doubt they're new.

Blind Masters skirt is identical in cut/design to the one from RoC Storm Shadow and the Retaliation Ninja Duel Storm Shadow, but without the holster. So a new part, just weird to me that it's so similar to the other one.

Cyber Ninja's lower legs look to be the same as Retaliation wave 1 Storm Shadow's.

Ninja Duel Storm Shadow may re-use RoC Storm Shadow parts, but the torso, head, and arms all look new. The legs may be from previous versions of that design though.

How much you want to bet that the head and vest are from the cancelled Comic Pack featuring the updated Crimson Guard vs. Iron Claw?

Pics I've found of the proto just had a 25th CG head on a Resolute Trooper body. I am surprised to see new tooling for him too though.

Uh. Nothing?

I don't care, all I care is the figure is what we in the French-canadian hood call "le awesome". :-P

Well I'll be damned . . . Hawk pointed out on his site that Colton's upper torso at least is new. No strap across the middle at where the upper and lower torso meet like on Recondo. Hopefully they've fixed the neck then.

Oh, and Cyber Viper's alternate head is from the 30th Crimson Horseman.

Hard to tell from the pics, though, all the shots I've seen have the arm and gun obscure the midsection.

Huh. Still kinda looks like it's there, just not painted.

Certainly possible. Anyway, the problems with that torso could be solved if the heads were designed with it in mind, which they really haven't been.
