That's one of the better looking Cobra Commander designs I've seen. I really need to get caught up on the IDW series. I'm a few issues behind.

I'm over Joe Comics. If the story can't co-inside with the Product that's on the shelf I have very little interest.

Reading the article, it sounds intriguing, but there's too many titles. Why can't there be just one GI Joe comic book? Whenever I consider jumping back into the comics the 3 or 4 (or however many) ongoing titles always gives me pause.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It's not a bad design by any means, but I find myself liking the black and white art more than the colored version.

It's okay(looks more like a Viper with a cape), though I think if companies and the people who work at them just stopped trying to re-interpret everything they get their hands on and left it alone, and worried more about the story than expression... not everything NEEDS to be changed "just because". Though we'll see if this gets a toy or not. It's certainly not bad, and better than some of his outfits over the years(though I'm not really getting a "Commander" vibe from it as I do many of the others), but I've not been fond of IDW and their "we MUST change it!" mentality over every book they release.
