okay, the title is just a joke. I couldn't resist so don't kill or start hating. I'm posting pictures in the next 10 minutes. This is not a review. Just what I recently stumbled upon. |

Name: Construction Playset Location: CVS Pharmacy Price: $20 OMG, you get TONS of cool stuff for only $20! The crane is the same like the one I previously reviewed BUT it's not remote controlled. You manually move it, which is not bad at all. It makes post-production work a lot easier if you're doing a stop motion animated short. I believe the crane turret rotates manually and the knob behind the canopy rotates thus, operating the pulley system. ![]() Back of the box. Lots of cool stuff happening! ![]() The Front Loader is the magic of this set for me. I already have the crane although this one is a variant since it's not remote controlled and I still look forward to checking out the crane. But what I really want is the Front Loader and yes it fits 1:18 scale figures like GI JOE. ![]() The Front Loader is so freaking cool. I just love the bright orange and the orange on the wheels. The scoop is manually functional. I've developed a warm appreciation for toys that may not be so detailed yet are compatible with 1:18 scale figures. I want that Front Loader now! ![]() I'll be getting this set soon. Very soon and I'll post a review (and hopefully a video review). In the meantime, enjoy these pictures. Also, feel free to check out and/or revisit "The Mother of Cheap Toys/1:18 Dio Pieces" here: http://chapmeitoys.proboards.com/index. ... hread=1970 P.S. It's a good thing this set wasn't $30 cause then I definitely wouldn't buy it. $20 is reasonable and fair IMHO. |

These are worth of Special effects in a Troma Film... and I think that's about it. |
