Using only 25th and Roc part make a subscription line up figures (you know like master collectors)

you are allowed 3 "newly sculpted heads" even though the ones the club uses are most likely already made and unused by hasbro, we'll just say have at it.

not trying to make a list that'd sell better then MC's just trying to see what everyone else would do. I am also curious to see what extras would be or could be done.

for example, I found a place on line that would make the foam part of the gliders 2000 bucks for a thousand of them. getting them printed on would be another 4-5 bucks locally plus whatever it cost to put some sort of rigging on it to hold the figure. If you go that route try to detail it out as best you can so we can all get a good idea of what you're rolling with.

but I'd do my basic set up similar to MC. Except it'd be a 14 figure year, with a bonus figure every six months. Really I'd make this whole thing a focal point of joining the club, so I guess I'll touch on that too.

I'd lose the 12 month zine and only do two of those a year too. So the joining the club fee would be down to say 25 bucks.
not sure how much it costs to make a figure since none of them (hasbro or MC) will tell us. but I am basing this around the idea of 12$ a figure with additional figures costing 10$ all of them would pre-orderable, so say you love aprils figure, you could straight up pre order 6 of them, but still only order one march figure.

Feb - Breaker, making up for a lack luster retail version, head from that topside MC made, torso from the Roc Neo Viper, arms from cobra disguise Flint. Legs from Hawk v3. pretty much paint him green details in black, regular skintone and brown hair. His gear, retooled Breaker backpack the helmet that fits that topside head and breaker headset that goes with it. 25th OG13 web gear, colt, and an X-M8

march - MAGIC MARCH 2 figures!
No brainier, Tomax and Xamot in sdcc Destro suits. Blue torso, tan pants like the sunbow cartoon. Hopefully with the PoC Destro money suit cases, and a the same silenced uzi as Cover girl.

April - my birthday... THUNDER! To make up for a lack luster retail figure. Redstar head bright red hair. Cobra Viper torso Cobra Trooper arms, Hawk v3 legs. May - Diana, that's right every may we'll get an October Guard figure. All Scarlett V12. Grunt Backpack in Tan, Redstars AK, and cobra Bazooka troopers RPG. Her pants Tan her torso that green rain camo of Sgt. Misha

June - con, the con would be set in stone same place and date every year, this figure would fit well with that years con set. This year, Gung Ho, he'd be all Sgt. Stone from Roc Guillotine head, newly sculpted removable 8 point cap. All the gear from the con Leatherneck. Marpat camo

July - Deep Six out of the wetsuit All Shipwreck v13. Dusty/pit comando head. Life vest and a boonie cap. Docs flare pistol,

August - AWESOME AUGUST! 2 figures. Hector Ramirez all black suited SDCC Destro, Claymore head. and a Fully clothed Quick Kick. all Duke V38 from the Target 4 pack) with Quick kicks head and Original Back pack sword and nunchucks, plus the silenced Uzi (again) I'd throw in the camera and stuff from that one MASS pack too.

Sept - Alpine all Airborne with Alpines head and gear including his vest, and Airbornes climbing harness. Pants Brown, Torso Tan.

Oct. - Dr. Mindbender RoC Dr, Legs arms jacket, cobra viper torso, Dr. M head. RoC Dr.s case and viles, except painted neon blue,

Nov -zine wrapping up the year- Psyche Out All city Strike Duke, New head. Night force color pallet. Dialtones back pack. XM -8

Dec - Sneak Peek City Strike Dukes torso and arms, Hawk v3 legs. Chuckles head dark hair and eyebrows... XM -8 grunts back pack, tiger force dukes binoculars Airbornes helmet . All gray, with the armor parts red.


So I attempted to re use a lot of the same parts but still have some variety in characters and what not. I'd love to give characters like Psycheout and Sneak Peek all their old gear, but I am sure that is what would drive up the cost.

so what do you think? would it sell? what would yours be like?

I kind of fell into the Iron Grenadier theme. I wanted a Targat, and I realized that the IGs hadn't been fleshed out in the modern line so I tired here.
Also the SE54 body is great for any of the original 13 guys.

I don't do parts lists well, so here is a list of characters I would want. Let us use the 12 +1.

I'm game
I think the newest Snake-Eyes/stalker/ Steel Brigade body has insane potential. So this list has several entries that depend on it almost entirely.
1. DDP Shipwreck: Body POC ultimate Snake-Eyes, top in blue, bottom in grey. ROC Shipwreck head. (why hasn't hasbro done this one already?)
2. Barrel Roll v1: Head, 1st. New based on JVC v1 head. Torso 25th vipers, legs the updated 25th ace legs that came with ROC wild bill and his little chopper. (The ones with smoother lower legs) with feet from that 25th ace. Arms from original 25th duke with JVC barrel Roll gloves. (They actually fit in there!) Throw in his gun and a grey version of 25th Ace's vest and you have a good looking v1 Barrel Roll.
3. Blackout: Repaint the newly made barrel roll to have blonde hair. Throw that on a POC beachead body painted black with dark grey highlights. Give him 25th comic pack firefly's goggles.
4. Bombshell(/strike): 25th lady Jaye's torso with legs and arms from the 2'nd five pack. Plaster the Joe logo across her chest and give her a new head and a lot fan boys would be interested. Simply paint to match the original.
5. Armada: Roc scarlet (liquid armor) black and purple, give her the last of the three new heads. So many deserve that last new head but It needs to go somewhere! So I picked her to flesh out the IG's. I'd b e sure to give her a base from the ROC movie, she wasn't cobra for long and I'm a big fan of giving
6. Admiral Keelhaul: 25 hawk's body, with lower legs from Red star (to mix it up a bit) Red star's hat painted white, and Mutt's head ? The head choice here is a little hard.
7. Bloody zombie viper: I am "Dead" serious about this. Give us a more realistic brown tinted (rotted flesh as opposed to blue) zombie with blood on it! make the green blue to match a standard troop.
8. The Blowtorch recolor we never got.
9. Cesspool. Roc "the doctor" head, on a teal green body consisting of the CG torso and arms, with legs from the pit commando.
10. Jinx. I may have went with a masked head simply to save the part but so far i think it's a winner. Of a differently painted version of Armada's new head and the contrast in skin tone should set them apart. If I assume it was already done I'd go with, Sand viper. POC beachead's torso and arms, Poc Recondo's legs, and POC firefly's head. I really think a troop builder would be frustrating, but it's so common sense we may never get it from Hasbro.

I think the twins via the ROC SDCC Destro will end up on everyone's list, it's easy and it seems like something very logical to include.

I didn't add Colton as I think our crack at him would be the movie.
