Too many years later I would learn it was "Air Viper Advanced Class"

So. Now I ask to the JoeCustoms board, the savviest buncha Joe Collectors what ever operated a jewelers screwdriver: "What does Ghost H.A.W.K. mean?"

I bet they did it for copy right reasons but I would be so bold as to say something along the lines of:

Hover Advanced Wing Koncept

Helo-Attack-Wing-Kopter

Heavily Armed War Kraft

Herculean Air Warfighter - K

High Altitude Warp Kraft


Or some such BS

Trademark, you mean. Anything having to do with names of figures or vehicles is trademark, not copyright.

Whatever reason they needed it in 2009 they didn't need it for 2010 when the POC version was released.
