Watch them cheap out and put him in the "X" bodysuit he wore in the 80s. |

Would they be so cheap as to make a static lower half form fitted to the chair? Like the sitting pose they made for Slave Leia's lower half? |

Well, they did say in a Q and A that they were releasing a character in a suit, and if they have the approval to do him in his suit at all, they'd probably go with full legs, since those could actually be reused for other characters. Also, if they were going to have him attached to the chair, he'd be in it already. Prof. X has been able to walk often enough (like in the current Marvel U) that a fully articulated figure makes sense too. |

What's worse to think about is if they even bother to give him a lower half of body, haha. They could just make the lower half to fit in the space like a plug. |

That's great news, they shouldda released the Professor a long time ago or even put him in a box set. |

Yeah, Hypno, I knew they wouldn't mold him to the chair at this point. But was worried more about legs molded together like how some of the Star Wars legs are done when they are hidden underneath a long robe or a skirt. Don't get me wrong. I see the logic of your analysis. But that will only get us so far. |

Professor X was hinted at during SDCC! Very nice to see him coming. The suit body must come with articulated legs. Consider all the repaints they could make! Tony Stark(finally) Heck I wouldn't be surprised if it were the SDCC Destro body! |

I know, generally, they can't use parts from licensed lines in the 'Joe line, but they do use Joe parts in other lines from time to time... I wonder if it could be the exclusive Destro suit body? |

They used Joe webgear for the TRU exclusive henchmen threepack and Joe got to use Jedi chairs for a TRU Six-pack...so if Prof is a store exclusive they might? |

The arms and lower legs are shared with the SDCC suit Cobra Commander, who was made out of the Indy Toht figure. Plus, whatever factory that MU is produced at may not be set up for the metal parts used in Joe figure construction. However, if they can use those parts, I'm willing to bet that they would. We should know tonight. If they do end up using that mold, I hope they do a new jacket though. The built in vest made it a lot bulkier than I liked. I'd also hope they give him hinge/swivel wrists too, so he can do his fingers to his temple "To me my X-Men!" pose. |

Destro did not share any part with that figure. Especially not legs since Toht had a t-crotch like the rest of that line and Destro had standard joe articulation. -- Edited-- apparently it does share lower legs and arms with the con Cobra Commander. |

Pics are up from the panel at marvelousnews.com. Can't tell on my phone, but it sure looks like the RoC Destro suit. . . He's in a suit at the very least, and has articulated legs. Good enough for me. MU Puck, Inhumans, and Black Knight, even better. |
