Walked into the Aberdeen Wal-Mart with the wife and found all 4 Renegades figures on the pegs. Passed on Snake-eyes, he's a crappy repaint of Resolute Snake-eyes with the POC head.

Nice find. Those are 3 sharp looking figures. Duke looks pretty damn definitive as Duke, to be honest. Firefly has a lot of custom potential, and CC - hell, I'd be tempted to army build that body and make a unique trooper type out of him.

Thanks for the heads up on the SE also. That saves me a few buck from an online set purchase. but these three look great.

It's been a long time since Hasbro gave us a decent Cobra Officer and I think this CC will be a head pop away from being a pretty cool looking general. Or a several.

Excellent. Love the sickly white head of CC; makes sense for a guy that always has a mask on. And I rather like Firefly's guns. Not sure if I'll use him as Firefly or someone else, though...

Or what about some historical looking troops from Czarist Russia? Wouldn't be too accurate, but there's a lot of potential with that one.

Or what about some soldiers from Dune/House Atreides out that body type?

Only issue I'd see with a straight Cobra Officer headswap is the color.

Yeah that CC would be good for a lot of things. Everything BUT Cobra Commander. I could picture using them as SKAR troops from the Extreme stuff even. The outfit is a lot like the comic.

Regarding that CC... I think I may have finally found a base for an Inspector Gadget to go up against my Dr. Claw!

I'm planning to use the CC bod to make a reimagined Cesspool.

Got the head all picked out and even have a robotic hand waiting for him.

Just need the figure.

Is CC really as aqua-marine as the pics look?

I like the CC head. Has some serious sword and sorcery potential.

I'm definitely getting these, i think they're better than what's out now, plus that CC & Firefly are to cool.

Does the CC come with his alternate head? I liked the look of the other head that he was show with and with some of the other figures loosing gear, I fear he may lose the other head.

I'm digging these a lot. I'll definitely be getting the CC, Duke and FF. SE is an easy pass.

What's the deal with the slightly off-colored weapons? Are they as blueish in person as they appear online? I know they're going for 'toon accurateness, but they just look...off.

Pacakged pics show him having both heads. I've seen loose pics from people with both as well. Resisting the urge to hunt for these after work, since it'll probably he a week or so till they hot here.
