From TNI, Jazwares is releasing the bulk fo the A-Team movie product in 3 3/4 scale.

Quote:
The Jazwares toy line will include 3 ¾” action figures in an A-Team assortment and villain assortment, 12" B.A. Baracus and Hannibal Smith collector figures with voice chips, an electronic A-Team van for the 3 ¾” figures, plus other retailer exclusive packs. A year ago if you'd told me Jazwares got the A-Team license I'd have worried. But after seeing what they did with Sonic The Hedgehog and Astro Boy in 3 3/4th I'm actually pretty excited for these. Hopefully they up the articulation a bit (lateral movement at the elbows) but I'm now pretty confident they'll look good. Plus it'll be nice to be able to get the van without having to scour eBay.

I pity the fool that doesn't buy these figures.

Someone had to say it first...

Hm.

Could see some customizing potential in some of these guys. Here's hoping the articulation is GIJoe-esque.

As long as they don't mess it up like Starsky & Hutch or Dukes of Hazzard it should be good.
I hope they make some classic ones too.

Now I'll admit right now I was way too young to see Starsky & Hutch, but I liked the movie. What was wrong with it?

The Starsky & Hutch series was one of the best cop dramas/buddy shows ever. It had some lighthearted elements, but at its core, it was a cop show.

The movie was a parody, and should be taken as such. I really liked the movie, and I loved the TV show (have the first 3 seasons on DVD) - but if you watch the movie thinking it will be anything like the series, you'll be hugely disappointed.

If the figures look like the characters do in that picture, i foresee me blowing a bundle on suited figures and several Murdochs.

I'm not familiar with Jazwares. What do their toys usually look like?

If I didn't know that was Liam Neeson, I'd have sworn that was George Perpard. Of course they're gonna screw it up, Hollywood can't but help do that.
