Don't know if you guys have seen this video and the chinese versions of Powerteam Elite, but I would personally love to get a hold of a chinese army to go against the Joes.

The video reminds me of the Resolute cartoon.

Love to see more of these...

FYI the Chinese stuff has been found at Big Lots, the IFV seems to be at all of them, and then a few reports of the east cost seeing the ARH, and Battle Tank.

I really want a Aerial Rocket Helicopter!

A Black Hawk with a working winch, cool.

Weird the cartoon animated the soliders with their toy arm and ankle joints! And they battle robots, who doesn't right?

Pretty cool, the robots look like the DTC Bats, they should release them.

Unfortunately the ARH is the transport version. No rockets. :-x

Yeah those are the north american releases. I would really like to get these versions with actual chinese soldiers and weapons. I would love some diversity in my collection like that. And yes the Aerial Rocket Helicopter here comes w/ no rockets. :-/

You guys saved me the trouble of starting a new topic. I happened to be in a Big Lots today for the first time in quite some while, and saw some impressive stuff for this line.

I did see the Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV). Very cool. Looks like a more serious version of the G.I. Joe APC. I can see customizing this into an Oktober Guard vehicle. It was $20.

At $30 apiece were a couple of LARGE playsets. One was called "Battlefield", and featured a wrecked building that would've been at home just about anywhere in the Middle East. Plenty of other scenic pieces to go with it, as well as soldiers. I can readily see some diorama builder getting a lot of use out of this. The other set was called "Battlefiel Command Post", and to me, wasn't quite as impressive, but wasn't bad.

At $18 was a "Military Howitzer" -- HUGE and very realistic-looking (to me, anyway) cannon.

Wish I had the $$$ for some of this stuff.

I'd grab the helicopter if I saw it. They do have the IFV at one of my local Big Lots. They had the new shell/cut out HQ thing along with the older HQ too. I want the new jet. I think it's an SU-27 right? That's not out here however.

I certainly saw no sign of a jet or copter around here! Wish I had. They sound cool.

Well the jet & helicopter with rockets are in the UK. However they are pretty expensive there.
I would trade a RoC Night Raven for that SU jet. :shifty:

Yeah, those would be sweet. Instant dio stuff really does it for me, so I'll be checking out that dio set.

That cartoon trailer is awesome.

I wish the PTE figures had cartoon faces like that, but that's a very personal taste.

Wow, that was pretty neat. I hope they plan on releasing those robots. Those things were pretty damn cool.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the new figures! They appear to have redone the old figures to at teh very least have new heads with removable hats and helmets. I can't tell, but the bodies almost look more properly proportioned, too. I take it none of these new figures are actually showing up at Big!Lots with the new vehicles, huh?
