Not sure what shipping is, but the building plus the chopper, plus a few more accessories than normal (it seems so anyway) for $39. I know some folks were looking for this again, as Big Lots doesn't always re-stock this item.

PTE stuff has become scarce here, Except for the TRU vehicles.
