I saw the Mezco Freddy, Jason, and Leather Face at TRU today. I don't know the price though.

10 bucks. I grabbed one of each, and while they all suffer from diaper crotch hardcore, they're pretty nice. They'll all probably end up as parts, but Mezco did a good job with these (and learned from some of the flaws that the 3 3/4th Hellboy stuff had). Dunno if they're worth the 10 bucks, and I hope they do more characters, but these are nice.

I picked up Freddy and Jason, but put them back down. I grabbed a Jazwares Astro Boy instead :shifty: The diaper crotch is what really turned me off, even though the sculpting and paints looked awesome (except for Freddy's eyes).

These do look cool...I already had the toyfair jason so didn't want the other one though the axe is tempting...

And Yeah I hope they get to some others, i.e. the phantasm guy. :)

Oh...and Diaper crotches don't bother me too much since I don't plan on having these guys sitting down, and can get Jason in some good "fast walking" and attacking poses.

saw these today (on pegs previously occupied by ROC figs, grrrr) and passed. I really want a Freddy but the eyes look weird and for 10 bucks I want a nicer paint job.

What would be really awesome if they do some classic horror characters! Dracula, werewolfs, Frankenstein etc!

I'd love old Universal horror monsters in this scale.

I think I've still got my old Black Lagoon Creature from the 80s Remco (I think?) line. But all I'd want today would be The Shape.

I haven't seen them at my local TRU, if that is any indicator like when the HB figs hit TRU's, then mine won't get any, big bummer.

Hey, I can pick up all the Kraus figures you need from my TRU, hehe. Seriously, I ended up having to go through smalljoes for my HB figures. Not bad though, because with shipping, they still came out cheaper than TRU.
