I understand we're eventually getting some of the previewed Resolute figures in some format or another (Gung-Ho in the walmart pack, City Strike Snake Eyes, etc.), but I've seen imaged of Roadblock and the long coat Destro around...

Were these released or otherwise attainable? I really like a lot of those designs, but I don't know if I can live without that Destro if he's actually been produced... looks like such a great figure!

I did a quick forum search but didn't find anything, please point me in the right direction if this has already been covered.

Resolute Roadblock's body and vest are being reused for a new Cobra character named Night Adder, and the body and head are being released with Heavy Duty's vest on in a set with the Outpost Defender and Tripwire.

Resolute Scarlett is being reused, with a new Rachel Nichols head, as City Strike Scarlett.

Resolute Destro, from what I've seen, isn't getting any use just yet.

No plans for Resolute Destro or Baroness so far. Or Scarlett in the original colors. There was talk at SDCC of a potential Resolute multipack, but nothing is confirmed yet. Roadblock will be available in a different paint scheme in a Wal-Mart exclusive pack and won't have any of his gear. The RoC Night adder used the Resolute RB body and vest, and the TRU Desert squad 5 pack has his gun included with Repeater. So at this point I'm hoping for a 4 pack of Destro, Baroness, Scarlett in 'toon colors, and Roadblock with all his gear in 'toon colors. If this doesn't happen I could see the Collectors Club releasing them down the road, but I'd rather a mass retail release since it'll be much cheaper, and I wanted an extra Destro or two for parts . . .

Isn't Resolute Baroness the same sculpt as the last 5-pack Baroness, with a new head and coat tails, though?

I know I've seen individuals post pictures of toon-colored Resolute Roadblock and Destro in the long coat,
chrysophylax has some of them show cased with his awesome photos/dios for example.

I understand these were never officially released, but is there an idea of how many of these actually exist... is just lucking out into an overseas ebay listing the only way to get one?

Yeah. But did like the coat tails, and her accessories were new. If we never see her I won't care too much, but I really want that Destro to get released in some form.


Dan, Hasbro doesn't reveal production numbers, and since any Resolute figures that might show up on eBay were stolen from the factory, I doubt anyone knows just how many are out there. But yes, a lucky break on eBay is your best bet for getting these at this point.

Ah, that's what I wanted to know. So stuff like this that shows up on the secondary market is generally an unintentional factory leak. Now I know!

That puts them back in my mental category of "relatively unattainable" so I can sleep comfortably tonight. I just wanted to make sure this wasn't something more easily gotten than I had assumed.

Since we are getting Jungle, Urban, Arctic and Desert themes I wonder if some of the Resolute figures might make it into the line later on. Seems like a lot of the Resolute figures would fit into the Urban theme.

I could see Roadblock, with a quick redeco (OMGDETHOFTEHLINE), fitting in with the jungle or desert sublines.

Not sure if I'd be up for him in urban style.

They could do the Resolute Baroness, but frankly there's already a Baroness in longcoat. The only way I'd support this would be with a new, drastically improved Sienna Miller head sculpt.

As for Destro, he's a bit more unlikely, given the difference in characteristics between the ROC and Resolute versions. The robot arm wouldn't look "right" on ROC Destro, IMO.

Are there any other resolute figures that have been designed?
I sure wouldn't mind the Resolute versions of Flint and Tunnel Rat showing up somehow in the ROC line.

I haven't seen anyone mention Resolute Storm Shadow. He's being redecoed as the ROC Jungle Strike Storm Shadow, though they seem to be leaving his shirt out in place of a funky harness.

I'm pretty sure Arctic Storm Shadow's torso and upper arms were from the Resolute mold, but retooled to feature scars.

Jungle Strike Storm Shadow doesn't feature the same torso or legs as Resolute Storm Shadow, although the head and hood are obviously taken from it:

While I'll be getting the Outpost Defender for the Roadblock I'd like to see the Resolute sculpt to be completely released, along with Destro, too.

I guess we just have to use our imagination and extract what we "feel" is Resolute that's getting smuggled under the ROC brand. At least we get Snake Eyes, Firefly (mostly kinda), Scarlett (kinda), Roadblock (kinda), Strom Shadow (kinda), Beach Head and Dial Tone. Recondo is definitely a "resolute" in my book. That Beach Head is lovely! I'm also liking Zartan, and that new school Skull Buster type (dude with the dreds).

It sucks, but I guess it could be worse.
