It's my thought that the best time to create and sell custom figures is when there is a movie or video game still fresh in peoples' minds. They'll get a whole lot more than selling it "off season." |

what economic crisis? All one has to do is go no further than eBay to see someone drop $1k on a CUSTOM figure - dayamn it's not even one of those amazing Transformers customs. Not knocking 2d's work, he does amazing stuff - good for him to cash in like that! OFF TOPIC: since it's clear there are some folks that can drop $1k on a whim, do you think Seth Green has the entire '82-'94 collection MOC/MISB? He is a celeb and a huge proponent for G.I. Joe. I always wonder what a celeb's collection would look like. |

He sold off a lot of his collection a few years ago from what I understand Bandy. I would say he still has somewhat of a sizable collection though. |

Doubledealer has been doing awesome work for a long time now. I'm really glad to see one of his better customs fetch mega money. I don't have that kind of money, but I certainly wouldn't mind owning something like that. |

wow, i'm strictly a arah guy but that was way cool. Way, way cooler than the snake eyes in that God awful movie. No offense to those that liked it. |
