Night Boomer. Dumb name, but hey, it's the SKYSTRIKER in black!

In fairness, though, I like ALL the Night Force vehicles. Makes me wish I hadn't been forced to sell mine due to financial woes.

Night Shade.
I am not a fan of the SHARC, but this is one of the first vehicles I got from eBay when I started back into collecting. It also inspired me to make my first custom, Mako, Night Shade pilot (Based on a Lars Laser mold of course...)

The fact that these vehicles were molded in black somehow makes all these vehicles cool despite having crummy glow-in-the-dark stickers and bright orange bits. The really big shame is that none of the vehicles came with Night Force version drivers.

I don't know why, but I have the hardest time remembering what name goes with which vehicle in this set.

Night Blaster - Way cooler name than "Maggot", this is one awesome piece of artilliary and looks great in a Cobra vehicle precession. Wait, it's a GI Joe vehicle? Rats.

Night Raider - One of the few duds in the Night Force category; even in black the Triple-T looks just awful.

Night Shade - Sounds like something "working girls" wear, but all in all a pretty cool version of the SHARC...before it got 10 more repaints and names.

Night Storm - The Persuader actually looks like a HISS tank in those colors.

Night Striker - With the name, you'd think it was the Night Force version of the Skystriker, right? And you wonder why I can't remember the vehicle names. Awesome toy, though you really can't do much better than the original Whale.

Night Boomer - I still kick myself for passing on this when I was younger, but I eventually got my hands on one years later. Gorgeous toy, the Holy Grail of the Night Force line to me.

Night Ray - Super intimidating look for the Moray, I can understand why the Joes had to have one.

Night Scrambler - Funny to think the entire Night Force team could fit in this thing with plenty of room to spare.

Night Force Grizzly - Not sure why this one makes the list and the Night Rhino doesn't. Nice tank, but came much later and doesn't really have the Night Force look to it.

Night Boomer, the already awesome Skystriker in black = win.

Night Ray is awesome on so many levels and for so many reasons. The main? I own a complete one.
