This is probably the best Firefly ever made. He has more gear than Solid Snake ever had. The figure includes goggles, machine gun, flashlight, opening backpack from Falcon, pliers, C4, ammo satchel from the comic pack Beach Head, and the DTC Salvo launcher. The launcher is probably the most realistic out of the launchers given to the ROC figures.

The figure is a Resolute Trooper with a Firefly comic pack head and Airborne's vest and webgear, but the come together perfectly.

Final grade: A+

Shipwreck

Shipwreck works well here. I'd say he's more of a SEAL with this figure, including a spear gun, pistol, knife, diving fins, mask, rebreather, and a huge missile launcher. He also has a newly colored Polly, the same one the 5 pack had. His design is definantly a mix of the Devil's Due version with ROC.

I would have preferred him all in camo or all in black, so I can't give him a perfect grade.

Final Grade: A-

Desert Ambush Duke

Overall, I like this figure. The more realistic feel works for him, like that RAH Duke in the desert camo that came out after Desert Storm. The figure includes a rifle, pistol, pack, helmet w/ night vision, a green thing I assume has something to do with nanotech, and a launcher. Duke's base is an actual dogtag design instead of the microchip look the other bases have. His outer coat is removable, but they didn't put any paint apps under it, so that does take away from the figure. Without the outer jacket, his neck looks short, but the jacket has a scarf sculpted on, with helps cover that up.

The headsculpt is a pretty good likeness for Channing Tatum. The elbows actually have very good range of motion, but the wrists kinda spoil that by the right wrist being bent. It allows the figure to hold the rifle in a ready to fire stance, but it doesn't work well with the pistol. The launcher looks inspired by the one Arnold used in "Commando" or the launchers you usually use against the final bosses in the Resident Evil series.

Final Grade: B

MORE TO COME!

Wow, that's a really nice Firefly. I remember when just a few years ago people were buying that BTR set just because it had (what was considered at the time) to be a really good Firefly.

That Dukes back pack has a place to snap the green thing (i use it as a flair) into it. Pretty cool. if it weren't for the non camo chest he'd be my favorite figure of the wave.
