Botcon and the Joe convention are both run by Mastercollector. MC is quite far behind the times, making people either mail or fax in their registration, when it could be something done online. This takes that to the extremes showing the characters having to telegraph in the registrations because that's also an antiquated technology compared to the Internet.

Last year you couldn't even fax it in... you had to use a telegraph machine. The year before was smoke signals...

We should give them a break. I hear they're updating the GI Joe Con registration so people can send them in by Zeppelin. :shifty:
