You say that like its a good thing. :shifty:

But it was a pretty good skit. Weird how in some cases they used both the ARAH and 25th for the same figure.

What was Long Range doing in the mix at the end?

What was Cobra Commander's code name for Fumbles?

-CJack
It was "Fumbles" all along

This one is pretty funny. Even with Serpentor not saying anything, he kind of looks like he'd be a lead singer in a rock band ;)

I found it funny that they put classic heads on 25th bodies.

Up until now, I've enjoyed all of Robot Chicken's G.I. Joe sketches, but for some reason, I found this sketch somewhat disturbing (especially the bloodbath at the end). It seems like the sketch is a parody of something else (movie/TV show), but it's not anything that I'm familiar with. Is the sketch, especially the ending (It's always been Fumbles) a parody of some pop-culture media? If it is, I think I'd find it funnier.

Watched it this morning. I laughed my ass off when they were calling him Fumbles, and then Spirit joined and in and said Dr. Fumbles.

It's probably safe not to put too much thought into the writers intentions but I think the bloodbath in comparison to traditional "bullets don't hit" was a parody itself inside the parody. Notice how shocked even the Cobra Team was afterwards.

But mostly I see the writers as choosing "blow all their heads off" as an easy out to a poorly thought out plot line.

"Lets do a parody on GI Joe code names."

"Okay we named him fumbles, and now what do we do for a big finish?"

"I dunno, can't think of anything really funny."

"Oh well lets just have him blow everyones head off"

"Sure, that'll do, now lets get back to Billy Dee Williams."

This is awesome news!!! Mainly because I bumped into Seth Green at the Hasbro booth at SDCC last year. I pointed out the Matt Tracker figure which he flipped over. I said I didn't want to see any of these on Robot Chicken and he said yes you do and I said hell yeah I do! He seemed pretty jazzed about the new figures including the chrome mask Cobra Commander. And he lobbied for a Miles Mayhem as well but got the same Hasbro line about Tracker being a tribute one-off and all that.

Very cool! I'll have to catch it online later tonight.

That was pretty funny. It was a bit odd they had a 25th Duke boady with ARAH head.

What's cool is that Bill Ratner returns as Flint once again.

It was funny until the sniper blood bath, of course the ending made absolutly no sence so that ruined the whole thing. oh well.
