OK, as a filecard collector, I'm a little behind on the 25th Anny ones.

Actually I'm way behind. (stupid laptop crashing in June)

In the past I have simply printed out the filecards for the figures I wasn't able to get myself.

I am wondering if the 25th filecards are pretty much the same or have they been changed significantly?

Obviously any new characters (like the Para-Viper and the Hard Master), the ones with promotions (Lt Torpedo), and the name changes (Dataframe) are ones to get...

The ones with the comic packs or DVD sets tend to be specific to that release as well, going so far as to mention events in the comic.
