I searched around, but didn't see it posted here.

JBL member "MaxPower" has found some Wave 1 vehicles with fixed arms! Clutch and Breaker, specifically.

Here's the thread

That's good and sucks all at the same time. I don't really want to buy another one of each just to get the fixed arms, but I'd have waited had we known they were going to do this. Well I guess I'll customize mine to be "fixed".

aww man bitter sweet, bitter sweet. It's great Hasbro took the time to go back and retool/fix the Breaker and Clutch but I just don't have the funds to justify another VAMP/Clutch purchase - I really like Clutch but traded him off because of those stupid Duke Arms.

You know this figure will probably sell on eBay for $15+ or something, might as well buy the box right? Gah, I need a Clutch with fixed arms.

P.S. I take it, it's only a matter of time before scalpers are out in full force doing the switch and selling the fixed Clutch variant.

Oh for Pete's sake, why didn't Hasbro ensure the figures were like this on the first go around.

Sucks.
They knew nobody liked those arms...
Now people will rebuy stuff they already have just to update their figures.

Thanks for the update, but there shouldn't have been a need for an update in the first place.

That was my first thought too. And this one more than any other almost seems justifiable. Who would know? Even collectors wouldn't know for sure if the figures were switched.

I'm glad they finally got around to making the change I jsut wish they could have done it with say a single carded tan Clutch and Breaker rather than a running change.

My problem with Clutch & Breaker isn't in the wrist joint... It's that they should've used short sleeves. Hasbro went ahead and fixed Rock & Roll (giving him Flint arms inthe comic pack) but why not these two? They fixed Steeler (although he's in tan for the Ultimate Battle Pack).

So, are we gonna see fixed arms on Duke in classic colors?

Did anyone ever see a Steeler come out like this as well?

Yeah, I have been seeing them. Clutch, the Breaker on the bike, and one other I can't recall who though.

I've been looking out of curiosity and I still haven't seen them either. Not that I see a ton of new product but I've seen refills of the VAMP out on shelves and all of them are the cut forearm style.

I'm wondering if the fixed arm versions are from the carry forward packs that were in the newer vehicle waves.

They are, but weren't in all the cases. I've seen plenty of FANG/Claw and Firebats on shelves, but not one fixed forearm wave one set. I'd probably buy them if I saw them too, even though I don't really want any more of the vehicles right now.
