Damn, I really want that PP Viper, but I still have my childhood PP Conquest and no need for a second. I probably will pick up that Tiger Rat, though. I had to sell my vintage one a year or so ago and have been regretting it ever since. |

Why couldnt we get a Skystriker fig instead of TF Wild Bill? I mean, they could sculpt a new head and helmet, then use the Ace and Wild Weasel parts to make it work. If they had done that, I would have been more inclined to buy one of these. |

yeah, same two vehicles, target currently has. just seems week, especially after the big "mega" set is shelf warming up here. oh well, I'll get one each. |

I'll get the Conquest cause I never had it and I like the PP Viper. The Tiger Rat is a total pass, made even easier by the fact that it comes with yet another Wild Bill. |

A well done Skystriker would have made me seriously consider picking that up. Now I have no desire to. The PP Conquest on the other hand...that's gonna be tough to not buy. I want all of the PP figures. I really like them. |

Actually, they could have just used the repainted Resolute Duke head for Skystriker like they're planning on using for Thunder next year. |

The vehicles both look pretty sweet. However, I'm a little disappointed in the pilot choices here, as it seems that it wouldn't have been terribly difficult to whip up a Skystriker figure using the Wild Weasel mold, some other head (probably the Flash/Grand Slam/Grunt head), and the UBP Steeler helmet/visor combination. The Python Viper seems a strange choice for a pilot, but there is no original Python Conquest pilot to use, and at least that is an actual PP figure. Wild Bill was never an actual Tiger Force member until 2003, although I think preproduction Tiger Force materials suggest that he was intended as the original pilot for the Tiger Fly. I'll probably pick up the Python Conquest since I don't have a vintage one. I do have a Tiger Rat, but it has a broken landing gear wheel, so I may end up getting it as well. |

Two things I havent seen mentioned here. No classic Art. No Window box. I dont really know how I feel about this. I dont like the window boxes, but I do like the classic-esque art. |

*sigh* I guess I'll get these two. If it wasn't Wild Bill in the cockpit of that Tiger Rat I'd pass. But it is and he's a fave of mine so I need him. And I can make a Skystriker easy. The Python Conquest is one that my little brother had as a kid and I remember playing with it even though he lost most of the parts. So just for sentimental value I'll grab one of these too. |
