I saw this over the www.theterrordrome.com and thought I would post it here for people check out. This has to be one of the sweetest HQ and Terrordrome Dio's I have ever seen. Enjoy the pics, I know I did.

That is epic.

Those tiny garage doors? A ROCC fits through them - it's almost impossible to appreciate the scale.

Those are amazing! I'm glad someone took them and posted them on some other site so I could actually see them.

I got so excited when I saw the orange cranes in the Joe base. I have those! And they were about the only thing I could duplicate. I wish I had this sort of talent.

The whole setup couldn't have cost $500. You can often get the coolers for $2.99 at the end of the summer, and a full sheet of the Styrofoam costs you about $20. The cutter can be had for about $50.

The time and space though...

But more importantly the skill. Getting all those cut angles right, and getting everything to fit to scale, gluing it all together seamlessly that is amazing work. How do you even begin to think about doing something like this?

I can't even think on this kind of scale.

To put it in perspective, you could have parked stuntmatty's battleship in the space in the terrordrome. It would have stuck out, but you could have put about half of it in there. That's the kind of scale that we're talking about here. It's the largest scale project I've seen so far.

You know, I usually don't geek out over things like this, but that's just incredible. I didn't appreciate the scale until I saw the ROCC sitting there.

Very, very cool. The GI Joe base is fantastic. While the sheer size of the Terrordrome is impressive I don't think it has a real TD feel to it. It is more of an octagon shape to it. I think it would have been cooler as a Cobra temple or something.

The first pic I clicked on was the Terrordrome semi-overhead shot. My first thought was, "Those railroad figures are painted so well they look just like Joe figures!" Then I realized that those were Joes figures and how large those sets are.

Unreal.

Fantastic.

I truly appreciate the work, the only folly in my opinion is the use of styrofoam. Too brittle and too easily damaged. Other than that, A+!

I'd like to see a pic with a human in frame just to make the scale hit home.
