Post subject:  Does anyone know Hasbro's toll free customer service # ?
I posted recently if anyone had recieved there "Doc" yet?When what I should have asked is if anyone has the Hasbro customer service toll free number.I'm really frustrated and tired of waiting they were good enough to take my money they should be able to deliver product.I'm just trying to find out what,s going on.

Just call the toll free HTS # and ask them about the Docs. Then they'll have no idea what your talking about and offer you the main Hasbro customer service #. Thats how I got it earlier. I don't remember what I did with it or I'd post it for you.

As I said in the other thread, they supposedly have a list of who's been shipped and who hasn't. So give them a call and they can at least tell you that. There is no tracking on these though so it's a crap shoot on when they'll show up.

I finally found the number,Which is 1-800-327-8264 and spoke with a customer service representitive .I told her my situation that I had sent out a money order in mid to late May and that I still have yet to recieve order.She then asked if money order was processed to which I told her it was .She then checked a list and promptly told me that I was'nt on it.And unless I could find a copy of my money order I was lack of a better word screwed.So i'm out $60.00 in figures plus the $4.00 money order.Thanks ,Hasbro for not being able to handle your mail. :verymad:

I just called and checked on mine. The check wasn't cashed til Nov. 4 but she said to expect 6 to 8 weeks for it to ship. Sorry to hear about your luck there soldier. Thats why I asked my mom for a check for it instead of the MO.

wait, 60 dollars, how many figures did you order, man?

Or are you counting the cost of the comic packs times six as the 60 dollars?

Yes,I'm counting the cost of the comic packs times 6.And I'm very pissed and will have to look for my stub which I know I can't find or try and call western union and see if they can track it from May without me having a # for them to look for. :verymad: :verymad: Next time i'll just drive to Pawtucket ,Rhode Island and deliver my money in person.

Before I get any comments or warnings that was my attempt at venting humorously at a situation that really makes me mad.I'm not taking Hasbro out.I thought I should clarify since there are alot of nut jobs that post stuff like that and actually do it.I'm just super pissed and have to suck it up and take it.
