Great article on completist tendancys that mirrors some of the things I have been going through in the past few years. However on the retailer remark in the article I do point to Lanard and the corps line, which has enjoyed a large retail presence for quite a long time, who only changes once or twice a decade. No one ever tries to address that part of the retailer question, and that often causes me to question the vaidity of the "Retailers make us do it this way" arguement. Nevermind the fact that originally this year there was only supposed to be 5 waves and the number kept upping, that is all Hasbro, no one forced them to do that. Sorry some venting about overabundance. |
