I was on toysrus.com and saw this: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3136644 Now I was fairly excited to see that cool repaint of Gordon in that pack, with the dark coat. Well I ordered a few sets, and that is not what I got. I received just the standard version with the caramel colored coat. Anyone have any idea what that (pictured) pack is? Or if it is available somewhere. I did a search for the Gordon figure, and came up very little, and nothing beyond the normal, first version figure. |

That looks like a picture of the packaging mock-up from back when the figures were first announced. No variant, just Mattel's very rough estimation of what the final design would look like. I mean, look at that box, it's *huge* compared to the figures. They scaled it down at least 50% for the actual production run. Lots of colors and designs got changed between that initial unveiling and the release of actual product. |
