Are the Golden Compass figures neck ball jointed or do the heads need to be modified to fit on the 25th Joes?

Thanks

The heads are ball jointed, but some of them are oversized for 25th anni figures. As far as them fitting straight on, I think you need to do some experimentation to see who fits which neck post. A little bit like swapping round the 25th heads themselves. The two closest in scale are the Nicole Kidman and the Daniel Craig heads.

Thanks for the info.
I'm off to order a Asriel or 2 to make some obvious James bond figures :)

When the donor fig's neckhole is bigger than the 25A neckball, I'll usually cut the neck ball off the donor fig and hollow it out a bit so it'll fit over the 25A neckball and glue it in place. Obviously, I don't do this when I want to save the donor fig's neckball for whatever reason; but it seems more direct a solution than filling in the neck socket with putty and drilling that out to fit.

I've only experimented w/ Daniel Craig, but its a decent fit and look on the AVAC and HISS driver bodies.

Kidman's head works great on Scarlett's body.

Craig also fits on Wild Bill/Ace pretty good. Had to place a bit of tissue to get his head to rest on Duke.

Awesome, I planned to use her for a better looking Glenda than the Hasbro issued "Scarlett" one.

Heh you're not the only one with that idea. ;-) I hope the helmet fits.
