Partially inspired by the topics in the Custom celebration topic, partially inspired by the Mystic Joes topic, and partially just because it's close to Halloween....

How would you design a Halloween themed G.I. Joe set, and just to make it more Halloween-y and evil we'll push credibility just a bit and say it's can be a 13 figure set ... because 13 is an evil number. Evil! EVIL I TELL YOU!

Anyway, 13 figures, Halloween theme of somekind, what would you do?

Crystal Ball and six Toxo-Zombies vs. Dr. Mindbender and five Lunartix repaints. Zombies vs. Monsters. Doesn't get much more awesome than that.

Figures 01.-03. Take the ARAH figures with pumpkin heads- Wild Bill V1, Beach Head V1, Crankcase. Paint their heads in orange complete with dark brown pumpkin lines and Jack O'Lantern designs on the faces. Green/brown uniforms.

Figures 04.-08. These figures get redone in a "candy corn" color scheme- Low Light V1, Hardball, Recoil, Grunt V2, and Col. Courage.

Figures 09-12. Navy blue uniforms w/glow-in-the-dark skulls/bones painted on them- Destro, Major Bludd V2, Eels, Undertow.

Okay, this is mine.

Crystal Ball. Made with a Crystal Ball head on a Headman body with a cape thrown in.

Mad Scientist: Made with a Gristle Head on a Hotwire body with a Overkill vs.1 arm and claw from the vs.1 BAT. Toss a few bloodstains on his clothes and you're set.

Cobra Executioner:
Hooded Cobra Commander Head on a Roadpig Body. Give him a big axe for a weapon. I'm torn to whether he needs to be wearing black or dark blue.

Predacon Alien painted red like the Mexican release

Predacon Alien painted with black skin

Masked Maniac:
Vega head, Zanzibar body, give him Muskrat's machete and a chainsaw

Frankenstein Monster
flatop Grunt Head, Wildcard body, movie Dhalism waist and upper legs, Sagat lower legs

Wolf Man Monster
A straight movie Blanka repaint.

Vlad: the Impaler reborn (hey, if Hannibal can get a figure, why not Vlad?)
I'd say Dhalism head with hair painted onto it, Nemesis Enforcer chest and waist, Headhunter Stormtrooper arms and legs. Maybe the Nemesis Enforcer wings too.

and 4 Toxo-Zombies repainted. I'm sorta thinking an orange and black uniform

I'm gonna second the cobra la idea

Golobulus
Nemesis enforcer
Pythona
6 royal guards

Dial Tone, Jinx, lowlight, and scoop(oh he's gonna die), maybe a chase corpse/marker scoop

Actually, I'd just like to see these figures released, they could be the thanksgiving set for all I care, :)

A small team of Joes has been sent to investigate the rumored reemergence of venom troopers in a remote mountain range. Rumor has it that Mindbender has tweaked the serum and has had some unexpected results. Both teams are now hunting and being hunted by the "unexpected result". All 25th anniversary parts.
5 Snow wolves - snow serpents repainted and have wolf skin capes
Mindbender - Arctic Snake eyes with new Mindbender head
Major Bludd - same as Bender with Bludd head
Bayonet - Firefly torso and arms, snake eyes legs and webgear, snow serpent head
Spirit - Snow Job body minus coat waist attachment, hip attachments changed to knife sheaths, single card accessories plus knives.
Frostbite - Snow serpent torso and upper arms, snow job legs and lower arms, rock n roll head with new hat
Iceberg - Arctic snake eyes body, hawk head, same hat as Frostbite
Werewolf - new tooling.
throw in some skis for the joes, a couple wolves for the snow wolf "pack" and call it good. I know these packs always have existing pieces but a werewolf is fun to dream about.

whoa, a werewolf would be cool.

or just a bad ass venom trooper in general, the ones we have are kind of bland.
