Perhaps this is a question best answered by Mr. Hama. I'm sure he could shed some light on this topic.

No.

Honestly, if you look at some of the other concepts used "Underground Boot Scootin' " is the least abnormal.

No moreso than some individuals going out on combat missions wearing neon colors or carrying these huge, back-breaking missile launchers that attach to their helmets.

No, nothing odd about wearing cowboy boots.

Hey, at least he's not the naked cowboy from NYC...

I always thought it was odd and disliked it. When I got the Night Force sets as a kid the first thing I did was swap NF Psyche Outs Olive Drab BDU's onto NF Tunnel Rat, and the grey BDU's from regular Psyche Out onto NF Psyche Out... I think this was my first "custom" as any other fiddling I did was repairs to my favorite figs from lesser desireable ones.

Besides the giant backpack and machine gun? :-D

Instead of a silenced Uzi or MAC10 with an attached light, and a pack like the original Scarlett came with?

idt anyone's gonna argue that TR wasn't one of the coolest figs, it's just the logistics of wearing cowboy boots and a huge ass bp.
