Howdy.

Somehow I stumbled on a pair of the Water Moccasin w/ Copperhead and Sky Hawk w/ Lift Ticket today. They both look good. Plus, Copperhead seems to have a Python Patrol tattoo.

i thought these were cancelled???

Yeah, its the regular Moccassin, but from the pics I saw its the PP version of Copperhead. His shirt is balck with the red gun holster and his pants should have the python pattern as well.

Two questions:

1. How are they, the figures and the vehicles?

2. Were did you find them?

No, dummy. :P Do you even read people's responses to your posts? ;)

The WM and SH are in the wave PRIOR to the Stinger - THAT wave is... something akin to being cancelled, this wave was never in question.

Silly boy.

1- The vehicles look great; I never had a Sky Hawk and my childhood Water Moccasin is long gone/ destroyed. The Lift Ticket face paint looks kind of crappy. I probably won't take either set out of the package for a while.

2- Wal Mart. They didn't come up when I went to check out; the cashier had to put them in the computer manually.

It looks like a few of these are on ebay, too.

BBTS has the case in stock right now too.

From what I've seen the Sky Hawk has a third engine under the back of the cockpit. That alone makes me squeee like a Beatle's groupie.

I'm just going to hope Hasbro doesn't fumble and these will be in store in good quantity. With Christmas, old stock is moving pretty good. As long as Hasbro doesn't restock the stores with more old stock, we should be fine.

I managed to find the Skyhawk today at Walmart, and really compared to the classic version, this one feels a lot more sturdy and holds together a lot better then my classic one.

Seems like just about everything was retooled on it, with a new clear windshield, new interior, removable side panels, new missiles, new engines, and new skids.

It also looks to have a third engine in the lower part of the fusalage, which new to the design.
Very impressive.

I got one to at my local WM, did they charge you $19.00, they did me, if that is an indicator, it means the new vehicele waves will be that much from now on :-/

I found both of these yesterday also at Wal-mart. And like the others, they did not come up in the system. They had to manually enter a price after a long wait at the register.

Both vehicles appear to be completely retooled. The Water Moccasin is actually quite a bit larger than the original. Copperhead fits really nicely as opposed to being pinned inside by the class. The Sky Hawk is much superior to the original in durability and features. It does have a third engine underneath, a removable engine panel and the missiles can be attached the rear "wings". I am not sure why you would want to do this, but you can. :)

Of course, I got kind of screwed on my Sky Hawk. It had 2 right wings attached to it in the package. I knew this when I bought it. But I went and got it anyway figuring I could eventually exchange it for a good one or possibly have Hasbro send me a replacement. I am not confident the latter will happen but you never know. Even with a incorrect wing on one side, it still rocks.
