If nova sees this poll then Crystal Ball is assured to have at least 2 votes! This was a weird year for Cobra troops, but for as much as Crystall Ball was way-out-of-the-norm, his character/toy/filecard made the perfect package. He had a legit speciality, a cool lenticular shield (and who doesn't like lenticular anything?), and a very eerie and mysterious filecard backstory. Asthetically he was very nice, some nods to his Gypsie heritage with the gold highlights and wrist bands. I especially loved the paint apps to his hair with the white tingies. A close second for me was Croc Master, this was a solid figure, wicked specialty - but what phailed was his baby crocodile. |

Hard one, because none of these stick out as really awesome. Worms and Ice Viper are pretty cool sculpts, and Zanzibar has funny acessories. Went with Techno Viper. Good army builder with a useful speciality. |

Ice Viper for me. Loves me some arctic troops! Though to this day I'm not a fan of the dual sais.... Give my boy a Glock or somethin'! |

This one was easy. Techno-Viper. Although there were some cool driver figures on the year, none of them quite measured up, and the individual characters such as Raptor, Big Boa, Crystal Ball, etc, basically comprised the Cobra Freak Brigade.

Do I really got to pick one of these?? Can I just pick 2 for 88  It was a toss up between techno and ice viper. I like the ice viper fig better, but I really like the idea of the techno viper. Just not happy with the color choice. But based on concept and weapons, I went with techno viper. |

I went with the techno Viper, coolest accessories this year. I would have went with Nemesis Enforcer (cause of the movie) but with the lack of elbow spikes, and those horrible wings, I passed. |

It was too hard for me to pick one, but I went with big boa cause he was first on the list. I seriously loved all of the cobras from this year. |

Worms.... those guys are sooo awesome. Second would be Sea Slugs... they always seemed like good generic henchmen figures. |

Tough choice here as I had all these guys and I used them all the time. But in the end I remeber using Ice Viper and Crystal Ball the most. I voted Ice Viper though because I always like his look and he had those wicked cool sais. He could stand toe to toe with Snakes and Stormy. Crystal Ball and Raptor are a close 2nd and 3rd.
