http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/ProductsBy ... 21197&PG=1 It's a blank, customizable My Little Pony. I'd give Lance's left nut for an unpainted Cobra Trooper or Viper or even Snake-Eyes. |

They have the Mighty Mugs that are blank in black and white. |

When they design a "Make your own Pony" they make it white. When they design a "Make your own Cobra" they make it bright frikkin pink. I just don't understand stuff sometimes. - R |

Great price, too. Bookmark this thread, I can see it happening sooner or later for Joe. |

Hasbro has been pretty supportive of customizing, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility! |

While I would have said no way they'd make something like that, just having a Mighty Muggs and My Little Pony to customize makes me second guess that. I mean there's bound to be a far smaller group customizing their own My Little Ponies, and Mighty Muggs is new so there shouldn't be that huge of a fan base yet. Who knows, it might happen. |

Didnt I tell you about this in chat? I got one of those for free from my local toy store Obviously it was some kind of anniversary, and they had a customizing contest. Paint a pony and win a trip to New York or something. |

My Little Pony is as close to an action figure as most girls ever had. That makes the idea of blank canvas GI Joes sound plausible, which makes Viperlord happy. Please Hasbro? Pretty please? *EDIT* http://www.hisstank.com/gi-joe-news/att ... entid=1748 something like this would be perfect. |

I would quite happily sell the souls of all the other members on here for generic looking 3.75 inch male amd female figure. |

I think the one problem with this, and it might not be THAT much of one, is that a Pony is a lot simpler a structure than a G.I.Joe/Cobra figure. The Ponys all pretty much look alike in basic shape, correct? That's not the case with G.I.Joe. They have different uniform particulars, different haircuts, different weapons sculpted to their uniforms. While it might be possible to design a "basic" figure that doesn't have these elements, the end result would still be a pretty plain-looking figure, I would imagine. It MIGHT be more effective in the 25th-style, where a lot of the forrmerly sculpted-on weapons are now separate pieces, but then you have the problem of which pieces to include. I'm not at all opposed to the idea. Just pondering the logistics of it as compared to a My Little Pony. And I wonder if they got any Custom Ponys that -- were, shall we say, dismissed from consideration? |

Most people would paint it grey or black. A mold usable for both Cobra and the Joes would be nice. Without any background information so people really would be forced to use their own imagination and creativity. Then you'd get a big variety of customs from only one blank mold! Tim 121RVC |

Tim 121RVC I didn't actually mean that figure, I just thought it was pretty close to the pony. What I'd REALLY like to see is a frankensteining of existing parts that work together well but have not been released in that configuration. No backstory, no direction given, nothing to point you in any direction other than your imagination. So we're on the same page |
