I love the new Flag carrier in Resolute.

TNI has some info on the panel and images from Resolute and The Rise Of Cobra. Digging cartoon Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow. Not so sure about Stalker with dredds. Though I like their shared uniform. Kind of O13ish. I'll be VERY happy to get a Resolute version of Destro even with the robot arm.

Resolute toys before the movie, yes!!

I really like the cartoon style, it will rock since it wont be watered down, hoohah!

Stuart likes HD better than Roadblock thus we have him in the movie?? No no no.

Ripcord and Scarlet? Duke and Baroness? Love triangle between Ripcord, Scarlett and Snake Eyes?

Aside from the Jamaican Stalker and the Destro shot with Baroness, that's pretty much what we got to see. They just wouldn't let us shoot any pictures. I wonder if these are done without their approval. If so I wonder how long before the video makes it online.

Well also we didn't see any of the movie stuff.

Hmm, I hope they do these in the 25th style (Ideally in Microman style, a guy can dream)
I'm not too sure of Bionic Destro though.

From what I heard it will be.

I don't think they will radically alter the format. They said they want to do vehicles for the 'toon, and this stuff comes out not long before the movie. The movie toys are said to be mostly done in the 25th format.

Nice pics. With the dreads, Stalker reminds me a bit of Quick Strike from the GI Joe Extreme cartoon.

I'm loving that Flagg as well. But in one of the Hasbro Q & A threads they said any figs released for Joe will be 25th sculpt from here on out.

Who’s bright idea was the dreadlocks? Is this GIJoe or some kind of college pukin’ Marley tribute band? I guess anime is the next big fad.

Snake-Eyes is the only Joe who can survive this translation fad and this new one has influences from all versions and it’s cool. The rest look far too sci-fi.

I'm not a big anime fan by any means, but I think it's pretty safe to say its past the "fad" stage.

Besides Destro's new bionic arm, what exactly looks sci-fi?

The Flagg is right out of Space Battleship Yamato, Captain Harlock, or Robotech/Macross.
But it still looks cool.

From one of the panels...

Quote:
- Scarlet is really smart but doesn't really understand men or her sex appeal. They look at her as the girl who graduated college at age 12.

....who says there aren't any strong roles for women?

That Baroness design for Resolute looks pretty killer. I hope they make THAT into a figure...

Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes (Hell even Destro) remind me of the Sigma 6 versions of those guys done in the 'real world'

and I'm pleased with that, Sigma 6 designs were cool
