I've seen on evilbay that they newer assortment is being found and sold, so keep checking, so far i've seen comic Whiplash, and a few other IM2 figs at super inflated prices.

I picked up Titanium Man at Target last night for $5.

Haven't seen any Iron Mongers at all.

Might go back and grab a few more Hulkbusters and that one set of armor with the orangish torso section (can't recall the name, but it's an armor from late 90s/early 00s)...

Heck you can use it if just buying two or three as well. I bought 3 of the drones and they STILL took the $5 off for a $15 dollar purchase....probably would for $10 as well.

When I worked at KB it was always either/or in that you either got your employee discount or the sale/coupon. The register usually gives the best option, so I'd still scan a coupon just to be sure. You never know, you might get lucky and get both.

Got the new comic version Ultimate Iron Man and modern comic War Machine from BBTS today as well as a case of Wave 5 including the Stark Racing Armor, Hot Zone Armor, Munitions Armor and Stealth Mark V along with 1 each of the Drones and a Whiplash. Haven't had a chance to open them yet (they're in a box at my feet under my desk here at work, tempting me to take them out and play with them on my desk) but here are my initial thoughts.

Ultimate Iron Man - Very cool figure and much bulkier than it appears. Love that it includes the alternate head that I have plans for...

Modern Comic War Machine - This is the cyborg version of Rhodey from the most recent comic series. Also includes an extra non-helmeted head which is very cool. The silver is more blue though which I wasn't expecting.

Stark Racing Armor - Looks just like the firesuit Tony wore in the movie only in armor form. Lots of little details tampo stamped and painted onto this one. Can't wait to get the unmasked Tony head to put on this figure.

Hot Zone Armor - red and white armor with some cool looking wingpack included. Wasn't expecting to like this one much but I can see some appeal to it.

Munitions Armor - red and silver movie War Machine armor. 'nuff said.

Stealth Mark V - This is the "black and gold" armor from the initial preorders. Looks good in black but I'm not sure I'll keep it as is. Might make a good base for copying Jin Saotome's recent Cobra Commander that used this figure base.

Whiplash - the same single carded version everyone has already seen. Like the non-electified whips though.

Weapon Assault / Air Assault Drones - again the same we've gotten already. Now I have my 3 of each and I'm good on the drones. Going to try to paint up the Weapon Assault drone in the movie camo scheme though.

I can't wait to get home and play with these. They all look really fun. Pics later this weekend.

This is the one I'm looking forward to the most. How poseable is he? Is he a bulky brick like Movie Mark I or bulky poseable like Comic Mark I ?

Got him and Comic War Machine out of the package tonight. UIM is definitely poseable like the comic Mark I. I'll take some pics and do a review tomorrow. Amanda is out of the house all day so I'm having a play day.

When are the Black Widow, unmasked Stark and unmasked Rhodey supposed to hit?

No one knows. They aren't slated for any of the single card waves, and the three pack with them hasn't been talked about by Hasbro since SDCC. Either it's far enough along in production that they haven't felt the need to say anything about it or show it (at NYCC for example) or it's been canceled. It seemed like they were pretty far along with production on the figures, so I think we'll probably see the Black Widow mold eventually, but since Iron Man and War Machine are just new heads, I could see them just scrapping those two. Some form of 3 3/4th Iron Man line is going to exist after the IM2 line ends, so I suppose we could see them there, but at this point no one really knows.

They said it was going to be released to coincide with the DVD release, so it should be showing up any time now I guess.
