Pretty positive I'm out. Way too close to SDCC and I'm already booked for that trip. I'll be looking forward to all the reports and pics and tales of debauchery.

I an waiting for next week to find out for sure. If I do go, i may either get a hotel/flight/car package and not have a room near the convention...Or...I may drive. If I drive...(I live in illinois) I might be able to pick a few stow away Joe customs guys if they help pay for gas.

If MC finds it so important to disseminate information via the postal service, why did it take until mid to late April for the convention brochures to reach my mailbox?

That gives folks about two months' notice to decide about the con, assuming they didn't go online for information. Two months is not much time for something that most likely requires folks to rearrange their work/ school/ vacation schedules, and book a hotel and flight.

Hehehe, well the ants are only in Houston, 280 miles from Dallas and the Con. And it took them 5 years to spread through 5 counties, I think it is safe.

If your still scared, I am sure you can get one of our fearless MODs to hold your hand the whole weekend.

And that is flying out of Seattle and not Vancouver!

On the other hand, I did get a "slight" :shifty:

discount this year on the trip, 8-O

I had it booked until the wifey realized its our birthdays that weekend (i'm the 23 and she's the 26) So off to the Caribean it is for me. :rant:

But I'll be ther in spirit and somebody send me an autograph pic of the group. I was all ready to unvail my soon to be famous Oneforceleader Tee shirt too. (actually I'm still working on the Logo) Have fun gang I hope to get a Homefront hero package though.

Brian Savage is a friend of mine (thanks to the work I put in last year in the Atl) and tells me it should be a good one this year.
