Just a heads up, the lady I spoke to says that Tuesday is not the day they get new shipments, the name has something to do with when the owner would come to hq or something like that.

That's rather interesting, since it's been my observation that a number of stores do tend to get new merchandise on Tuesdays (which I've always sort of assumed was in transit on Mondays). Of course I could be entirely off about that.

Checked my TM today. Nothing new, and they'd shifted the entire toy department around so the action figures on peg were in a different area. There was ONE conspicuously empty peg underneath a few of the Retaliation motorcycle sets, but for all I know, it might've been for Power Rangers or NFL figures.

I'm sure each store has different days when they get things in.

Is anyone still finding these? I keep calling, but my store never restocks.

I've checked the TM near me three times in the last couple of weeks. They've got a couple of the motorcycles and a couple of the 12" figures. Nothing new. I'm not seeing anything that makes me think additional stock is coming in. Darn it.

My understanding, from employee response, is that Tuesday Morning began as a smaller operation where they would send out info and sell on Tuesday morning. These days they have expanded to a regular store front operation, but kept the name.

Good thing they didn't call themselves Tuesday Afternoon. The Moody Blues would've sued.

In related news, my TRU had Joes in stock for the first time in months earlier this week. Looked like a full case of wave 1. I wonder if they tripped over it in the stockroom or something.
