Then why haven't you volunteered your computer knowledge and expertise to the Club for free like they've been asking for for years? :shifty:

That's their problem. They appear to be trying to do things on the cheap and have been for years and as that old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Well that's cuz your site store is kick ass. The Club's "store" ain't.

I tried to order three sets of each of the Operation Flaming Moth Cobra figures, and thought eveything was groovy until it told me I needed to be a club member to place the order, it wanted me to place a membership in my shopping cart. I don't want to be a member, but just wanted to order these sets...that stinks.

I'm pretty sure that's because the sale prices for Club exclusives are, by definition, exclusive to Club members. If you know anyone that's a member, see if they can order for you. And yes, those ARE good prices for the MOTH sets!

Confirmed, Undertow is sold out. I just phoned them directly and very calmly expressed feelings on this. I've been boarder line loosing interest in G.I. Joe for a while now. This might be the last straw and gets me out of the hobby.

Sure I like to [LASER BLAST] but credit where credit is due. I did phone them and spoke with Karen when the sale was on. I told her very calmly that I was disappointed in the club and the on going short coming on their end.

Last weekend I received an Email from Karen. They came across 3 more Undertow figures and asked if I wanted them for the $3.99 price. Of course I did. The reality is I wanted 5, giving me a total of 6 which was to stand along the box set from the same year. Still, 3 is better then nothing.

I am impressed that they kept my contact information and a note on what it was I was after.

Also, Brain Savage has obviously matched up my face book account with my on line handle "Morgardee" as he's spoken to me on my hot mail account and referenced some of my face book posts. It's not impossible to make the connection and you don't need to be extremely clever as I sign my real name to my hotmail account. It's the fact that he's taken the time to add the two together that impressed me and spoken to me about it.

Yes some days the club makes me want to punch a puppy but some times they get things right. Besides, the quality is great, it's just the silly games and server break downs.
