I don't think there is a standard packout. I've found full boxes with 3 Alley Vipers, 2 Dice, 1 or 2 Cobra Troopers, 3 RnR, etc.

But we're sure the case count is 24 figures per case?

Yep there isn't a standard going if that is accurate. Going off that, what I found was this:

1x CG.
1x Soldier.
3x AV.
2x RNR.
3x NV.
1x AT.
2x QK.
2x Jinx.
2x Kamakura.
2x Torpedo.
1x Dice.
1x Scarlett.

I left the 2 Jinx and 2 Kamakuras causes I already got them in the mail. Also left 1 of the Quick Kicks an got the rest. Then there were the 3 unaccounted for that someone must have got before I got there. Who knows what they were. I still want another Crimson Guard and soldier.

Of the 22 blind bags I ordered from TRU.com, all but 3 have arrived (these last 3 should be here soon). So far I've gotten every figure except the Crimson Guard and Quick-kick. I got multiples of Scarlett, Rock 'n' Roll, Ninja Viper, Alley Viper, Torpedo and Kamakura. I was surprised to get 3 of Scarlett since I thought she was shortpacked in the cases. Love getting multiples of RnR (he's my fave) and Torpedo to make some troopers but I'm kinda bummed that I've only gotten 1 of the Cobra Trooper so far. I might be listing some of the extras for trade depending on what else I get in the next day or two.

The one box I checked, Quick Quick and Scarlett were already gone and they had 3 x Dice. I got the one Cobra Soldier and left the one CG.

The Battleship Land Attack figure pack is great for armybuilding greenshirts. I picked up 4 of these sets during TRU's buy one get one half off sale. Got some nice squads of troopers to man the Battle Platform and Cutter's boat.

I've been army building Rock N Roll Kreos and using TF human Kreo heads to make greenshirts.

I bought an extra Rock & Roll today and put Grunt together when I got home:



Head: from a lot of Battleship & Transformers humans.
M16: Brickarms.
The rest: Rock & Roll.

It was so easy that I need another 5. Those will be more challenging but I don't think some of them make sense for Hasbro to actually make (like Hawk).

Are those arms from the AT Commander or did you remove the forearm paint from the RNR arms?

Rock & Roll with some 90% alcohol and the paint was gone in about 30 seconds.
