Man, it's a good thing we didn't have this huge problem buying repainted parts back when the line began! They're wouldn't be a Joe today!

At a buck fifty a pop it's easier to be ok with repaints. We still don't know what these will cost, but if it is 20$ per, then I need more out of these figures. Just existing isn't enough reason for me to buy these.

Yeah, this fellow makes it 1 out of 5 thus far. No offense to tan Grunt, but the PoC figures have really spoiled me in terms of wanting to see modernized takes on the characters. Even though I loved the original 13 figures and still do, I've never been crazy about their whole turtleneck look, and it's only become more dated over the years. But, there seems to be a large contingent of modern-body-style-versions-of-ARAH-design-loving Joe fans, so maybe they'll go crazy for this dude. Come on, club: there's still time. I want Joes and you want to sell them to me. Let's work this out.

With PoC heading off the shelves, I'd would be impressed a lot more with PoC style figures in this line up.

really that PoC snakes body this Grunts new head, maybe jungle dukes weapon load out in browns and tans, and a a foam glider, I'd easily buy that for 20 bucks.

Especially when you see Ceraurus' and Cloud Strifes custom PoC Grunts its really hard not to be disappointed in this.

Well the Club is tweeting another figure reveal is coming today. "made his debut 25 years ago... today he gets a long overdue update..."

Big Boa was 24 years ago, and he's the closest to 25 years of all the remaining rumored sub figures. So either their math is off or they're going to throw a curveball. For the sake of argument, who hasn't been updated since 1986? Anyonem

TNT was released in 1986.

And now this tweet

"@The_GIJCC: Hey Hey... Change O Plans... A small detail needs ironed out so a different reveal, but pretty sure you all won't mind the change ;)"

... How lame is that.
To announce that they'll reveal a new figure and to suddenly say that they'll have to announce another one instead makes them look like they're really not organized.

Maybe we'll finally get a price too... :shifty:

Yeah they should have just revealed the next one without saying it was any order. WE don't know what was coming obviously. Sounds like an odd decision to tell everyone like that. All I want to know is the price at this point.

Remember they like surprises. When they lose the surprise (or have bad math) time to change it up. I say 50/50 Big Boa/TNT.

Hoping it's Big Boa they show. I'm eager to see they pull him off.

It's like they can't hold a secret.
Instead of being prepared, every time they have something new they have to announce it right away without being sure that's it's ready.

Interesting on the '86 hint.

Hmmm...

Looks like Iceberg, Cross Country, and the Fridge are the only ones that haven't been done from that year. I guess you could count Motor-Viper since the one that came with the movie Hummer wasn't really colored right.

No interest in Fridge but I would happily take any of the others.

According to YoJoe TNT was released in "approximately" 1986 so it'll probably be him whenever they get around to ironing out the small detail. :-(
