But if they do a highly wanted figure like Rocky or the Fridge as the "secret" 13th figure then you'd have intense collector backlash. The Club just can't win. They make a figure like Black-out the 13th figure and people complain about it being a mediocre figure. They make someone like Fridge or Rocky and people complain because it's an incentive figure and not a regular release.

While I'm not a subscriber, I still say that the mysterious 13th figure should be so awesome that it makes non-subscriber regret their choice. It should be a reward to the subscriber. Someone like Billy, Pythona, Rocky or car salesman Cobra Commander. Someone that wasn't done before that will hold a major spot in one's collection.

Blackout is okay, but he is just too boring to be a mysterious figure.

I just wish I had the spare time to complain about the identity of the 13th figure. I've got more important things to complain about like the choice of actor to play Khan, the green skittle changing to Apple (HERESY!) and thus nullifying the ability to have a lemon lime skittle combination, and why the seam in my sock is currently killing my big toe.

Yep, that's what I was meaning. And people can't really complain since the remaining stock is put up on the site for people to buy. It might cost a bit more but people are getting a chance even without subscribing to get these. Pythona especially would have been a perfect option.

Characters like the Fridge or Rocky may be out of reach for the club. There's too much red tape that they'd have to go through to get the rights. Stuff like Billy and Car Salesman Commander would be doable as far as existing figure parts, but I don't think they could do Pythona justice with the existing parts. Blackout makes sense though considering that we've got Barrel Roll in the line. I think maybe they should have switched the two around though. I think Barrel Roll would have made for a more exciting mystery figure.

I wondered if they went with Rocky Balboa or the Fridge, could they just make the figure, give it a similar looking head Sculpt and call them something different, like if Rocky was the hand to hand fighting instructor, could they just call him "Fisticuffs" or "Champ." Everyone would know who he is, but there'd be no copyright infringement on the name "Rocky." Maybe change the head just enough that it only sort of looks like Sly Stalone so there's no image violations.
Take PoC Low Light, weather intentional or not, he sort of looks like Tom Berringer, who played a sniper in the Sniper movie series. He looks enough like Tom Berringer that people would say as much, but different enough that Tom Berringer couldn't sue Hasbro for the likeness.
Fridge could be a training instructor of some kind and called "Icebox" or maybe even "Coach." And would go with what he looked like then and go with the Resolute Roadblock buck or what he looks like now and go with a modern version of the Street Fighter Edmond Honda?

Ok well I thought they were sticking them on the site. Ebay or make your own I guess are the options. Not really the mystery figure to worry about fighting for.
