That's a good point.
I wish they had a better shot of that Snake Eyes. The camera angle makes him look a tad distorted. His sword looks cool. I wonder if he's got a backpack.
The Quick Kick hand thing should be a real easy fix.
Tin foil Bludd is another story.

More excited about the Extreme Condition packs than a grown man should be, but darn there is just something really cool about them.

Yes I know it's just repaints and the re-use of some gear, but darn if they aren't interesting looking figures even if nothing is new but the colors. Sort of wish the Crimson Guard had been replaced with some other figure because are you really the Crimson Guard if you are dressed in tan, seems more like the Tan Guard now.

Nice that we only have to deal with one character in each Extreme Conditions pack because I'm sure I'm not the only one with plans to get more than one pack. Really nice to be able to get a whole Cobra enviromental team without having to track down figures like crazy one at the time. Fingers crossed now for a Cobra dive/water pack.

Looked like a few things I could pass on that were on display but it still looks like Hasbro is going to be getting more than it's fair share of my paycheck.

Definitely a possibility. Classic serpentor has his snake spear, so I'm betting he's from the '87 movie.

I was thinking either that or maybe the Phantom Brigade episode from season 1.

More pics. The cartoon figs are from "Arise, Serpentor, Arise!" and "Pyramid of Darkness"

Why would hisstank send a rep with parkinson's disease to take pictures for them? Sorry if that sounds mean, just don't see how hard it can be to take clear pictures, does Joecustoms have a rep going to report back with better pictures?

Without the flash, which usually gives too much reflection from the glass cases the figures are in, you basically need a tripod to get indoor pictures without any blur. There will be pictures when everyone form the con has time to download them but the first ones are always blurry as they are taken quickly.

Ace, Wild Bill, Starduster - Have to get it for Starduster. Wish he had camo pants though. Ace looks interesting with the WW/Snow Job torso

Naval Pack - Love this pack. Love the diver and Deep Six looks neat. Cutter doesn't bother me that bad, and hopefully they paint hair on him
I feel the same way. If the Cutter head was original I would have tried to pre-order it right now. :D

I'm still waiting for the round 2 pics to pop up. I'm averaging about 1 pic every 45 seconds with a cable connection.

I see, I guess taking pictures in a mini faux studio and getting multiple goes at it is a little different than, "OMG, I gotta take these and upload them for the website, like, yesterday"

As for cutter, I just wish they used a different hat, that would have been fine, I would have liked a new head with hair & hat, but I could have lived with just a new hat. To me the Gung Ho head & hat just looks silly.

I need that to replace my beav custom's ban hammer. :-D

Otherwise nothing here has really wowed me aside from the skeleton warrior thing.

The dealer room is not open to the public yet, so keep in mind these pics were probably taken "on the sly" and not in optimal conditions.

There will be a ton more pics coming in throughout today once the dealer room opens to the public at 2:00pm local time.

I'm doing photo coverage for YoJoe, so keep eyes posted here for the best photos I can possibly take. ;)

Justin

thanks for the link Justin, I was wondering wondering if you were going to this year's con and looking forward to General Hawk-type pics. Didn't see a mention on your website, but if you're repping for yojoe.com it's still all good!

Any word on what the giant diorama will be this year? I always look forward to seeing that. I be they're going to have a ton of BATS and Snow Serpents in that one

Thanks, Bandy. Yeah, hadn't had a chance to pimp the coverage on my site yet, but that's the plan.

The large dio is an awesome looking warehouse/B.A.T. factory type diorama with catwalks and stuff like that. Looks fairly cool from what I glimpsed so far.

Justin

Despite the fact, thaty many of these figures are repaints/retools I like most of them. I can do without another CC andthe CG's need to be resculpted but I like the others.

Looking at Quick Kick, it appears he has no ankle articulation. It would be ironic if the one figure that would really benefit from ankle mobility doesn't have any. And I'm fine iwht the karate chop hand - as long as it can be removed and replaced with another hand - even from a donor body.
