This is so true! If they did Brawler instead, would we be as annoyed? I think a little, as Brawler is David Lane's friend Brian Mulholland. But I think there is more intrest in Brawler over Surefire. I think Sideswipe would of been great or an updated and diffrent Barricade. But being it is David and he is constantly putting his character in the comics and in an almost "command" position, it is annoying.
Big Brawler would have had a similar issue, though not quite the same. As far as I know, Brian Mulholland is not officially a Club employee anymore (he was definitely more active in the Steel Brigade Club days, prior to them getting absorbed into Savage's group). But, more importantly, like you say, there's definitely more interest in a Brawler figure, even if only perhaps from this site making that character legendary.
