Why articulate and pose the left hand to hold the rifle if the arms can"t swivel?

I don't see them either, but judging by how the rest arms are articulated, I'm sure he has a swivel. Odd though that our first look is of Dom, who wasn't announced for wave 1. I'm guessing The Cole Train will also be in wave 2. Maybe Anya will be the third in that assortment? I just want some Locust Drones (with different helmets/ armor) and Either of the Carmine brothers from Gears 1 or 2 so I can have a generic COG soldier in the full uniform. While the rest of Delta might be comprised of meat men, the regular COG grunts generally had more normal proportions.

I'm also hoping that the other 1:18 line is Dead Space. I'd love some Dead Space figures. Some of the suit designs that Isaac gets in those games would make some great looking action figures, like the marine suit from the first game, the Advanced suit and Security suits from the second, and the arctic suit from the third all look really neat. Not to mention our Techno Vipers would get some really kick ass tools as well.

I don't see elbow swivel. I'm counting 20 PoA without the elbow swivel so I'm guessing those didn't make the cut which is just sad.

Depends on how they count a "POA" (is the shoulder one POA since its one bodily joint or is it two POA since it's three engineering units coming together to build two separate motions?), but im counting 20 without the beer swivel as well.

I'm pretty sure they are counting the toy's directional motion. So a single shoulder is a swivel and a hinge.

I have multiple 50mm (2 inch) tall figures with 18 points of articulation . Sturdy / non fragile joints.

Ditch the swivel wrist if you must but always include swivel biceps (or their equivalent).

Carded pics of the figures: https://twitter.com/NECA_TOYS/status/29 ... to/1/large

Pic is a bit small to see much detail, but it looks like two versions of Marcus, Cole Train, and Dom.

If they have bicep swivel, I'd be down to get a Cole Train. If not? Pass.

They look big and bulky, hopefully they will work with Joes if not, pass.

So I picked up the Clayton Carmine dig today. It's a beautiful dig, with obsessive detailing, fantastic paintwork, and overall quality engineering. I'd love to get the other two and any future 18th figs NECA wants to make.

But I ain't giving another dime to a company so friggin' incompetent to *not* have given the fig hindarm swivels, while instead giving him calf swivels. I don't think I've ever seen a greater instance of complete incompetence in my entire toy life.
