I really hope I can score a Jinx and the Masters of Evil. Is everyone thinking Wednesday for HTS? I'm trying to plan my work week around being around a computer the day they should go on sale.

For the next 2 weeks, I'd really strongly advise checking the site from 10-12... or even 2 if you can. At least at the top of the hour. I'm thinking Wednesday, but I'm going to camp the site as much as I can.

I have no computer access Wedensday. If you snag extra Jinxs or Shockwave keep me in your thoughts. Really hoping they go up Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

They won't let people get extras anymore. Last year I tried ordering a 2nd regular Zaranna on a different order number. They canceled it.
Last year they went up Tuesday at noon. I'm not sure if that was eastern or central time.

Yeah I couldn't remember what day it was. I was thinking it was Wednesday. But yeah I placed 3 orders for the regular Zarana. All separate orders, and they canceled 2. I was trying to get at least the 2 for other people that couldn't be on, but it was a no go.

They were sold out of everything except the Masters of Evil set when we went by the booth this afternoon, I want to say around 3:30 or so.

Also I believe they are required by CA state law to keep a certain percentage back for customer service returns. Those are the ones that end up on HTS the week after the show.

And when I finally got into the line (on a fluke at 5:30 on Friday night) I asked the HTS guy behind the counter about preorders. He said they won't do them because they don't want dealers coming in with a bunch of other people to buy up all the toys. They want to make sure they get in the hands of collectors. I didn't even begin to argue with him because his flawed logic but that's the reason I was given about preorders.

Didn't bother to ask when stuff would go online because Amanda was antsy and I just wanted to get my toys and leave.

They should try something like what the club did this year where they punch a card when you buy them so that people aren't buying a bunch to scalp. They should then require you to have that card in order to purchase. They also should stick to their limiting too. The whole weekend.

Anybody know what we can expect price-wise? I'm interested in the Jinxes, the HISS, and maybe the Zemo pack.

Last year we found out the release date for Hasbro Toy Shop, we just didn't know the time. Anyone have any idea this year?

also, they start cutting crap loose on saturday to avoid having to ship them all back to whatever warehouse the rest were at. they didn't wait till sunday b/c hey, last day of the con & all, not as many people there.

Yeah, cause you know, they'd get stuck with all that. What they should have done Friday night, take inventory(or at least a ball park) and then see what wasn't selling well, then Sat, cut those loose, get rid of some of those. But in all honesty, barely anything lasts till the end of the show, so I don't think they'll have too much to worry about.

The Jinx figures were $14.99 each, the Shockwave HISS was $59.99, and the Masters of Evil 3-pack was $29.99. The prices should be the same if they are offered on the HTS website.

The only problem is.......don't HTS allow Canadians not to order from their site?
