Still, I'm feeling that at under $20 a figure, I'm in for the set.

I'd be too, if it wasn't for the fact that I'd have to dish out an extra 70$ for a club membership at Officer level I'm otherwise not interested in at all.

It's $42 for the club and you get next year's figure. I just rejoined so I can be ready for the convention, plus these if they are low enough.

HMMM not mind blowing but I kind of dig it, so that's three I am interested in, better than the flat zero before.

Funny that they didn't know Jinx but knew Iron Claw, that is kind of funny.

For you maybe, but...

Canada Air Mail G.I. Joe Collectors' Club -(12" or 3.75" to be announced) (figure ships late spring 2012) $63.00 (US) per year for 12 issues

Oh yeah I forget about that. The international charges always are like a knife driving in with how much they charge.

This may be the best Club subscription figure yet, and it has the missing City Strike/Renegades Scarlett tonfas! I had originally hoped the Club had figured out some way to do a decent v1 Jinx, but I definitely like this better!

Here's a breakdown of City Strike Scarlett from Terror Drome to see the body and parts:

http://www.theterrordrome.com/forums/vi ... 206&t=8119

No peg on the sheath and no hole in the leg. Pretty much just looks like a straight forward offering with a new head and extra parts. Not that bad of a deal since this figure never hit the shelves.

Ok, this figure is an improvement on what's been offered so far. I still don't think this is a "premium" figure though. Good thing Slayer has a good Jinx masked head that we can use for this. Although its disappointing to have to go to a third party to finish your figure.

So... Those are the City Strike accessories that everyone had such a big boner over? I don't get it. Just more swords and crap.

I'd rather have had that Scarlett than this Jinx, I think.

...well... they finally gave me one WOW figure.

I love it. Too bad I don't think it will be enough for me to even consider the sub.

Bladed tonfas aren't swords.

Well whatever. My only regret is that I can't cut the blades off and use them to make crutches

Actually I was more interested in City Strike Scarlett's flight gear and mask.

looking at the City Strike pics, is the leg sword is some sort of clip on?

It's a soft plastic strap that wraps around the hip. Sort of like a removable Joe belt, except for the hip.

I don't see any reason crutches can't be made. Just trim down the "sword" part and attach some plastic. Detail it however and you have crutches. I'd make a cast of them first so these didn't have to be cut up.
