That's what I'm saying. There's no indication that the vamp version is the variant. So far it is THE version.

At SDCC we saw a gray scale model and now we see a prototype of the modern version. No indication that a classic version is coming.

Well I'd rather have Xavier not sit in the chair well AND be the perfect body (i.e. suited Destro) for all the other customs I want to make - rather than have him sit perfectly in the chair (and subsequently be useless for anything other than Professor X.

As for Jubilee - interesting sculpt, nice to see another female in the line with more than the skin tight look. However, she seems to have the X-23 legs, so she'll be ridiculously tall, and without the boot cover to hide the cut marks to the calves if you chop her down in height. Can't tell if she also shares the X-23 torso, or the older Ms. Marvel torso.

I've only seen photos of the classic version. I have seen nothing of a vampire variant.

I think that is her new look. Her classic had shorts. In Curse I thought she sported a plain black body suit.

Really? I would've thought a "vampire variant" would look considerably more, well, vampire-y. Image

Nope. She got a bit paler, but other than that she doesn't look all that vampiric in the comics. I could maybe see them doing her Generation X outfit as a variant, but the shorts look would require new body parts, so it seems unlikely.

While I would agree, the costume is what is being drawn for her now. The lack to blue shorts and pink top lead me to believe this is not the "classic" look.

Awesome!
So what's everyone doing with the extra hover chairs? :-D
Hehe even those are actually useful! Chairs for everyone!

Depending on what version of Hawk you have, he may could use a hoover chair

Doesn't look like he wants to sit in the chair very well.

Its definitely the SDCC Destro body. Or at least the jacket. You can tell by the square tie pin.

Do we have any idea what kind of leg/hip articulation he has? Having a hard time telling from the pics I've seen.

I think the early consensus is that the body is all SDCC Destro. That means joe hips, but with IJ styled swivel knee.

It definitely looks based on the SDCC Destro, but you can tell that the vest is part of the torso, and not the jacket. Now whether that's because it's a prototype or not, I can't say. And yes, his hips do look a bit odd. I don't think we'll know much more until the figure hits shelves though.

Having seen it up close in person, I can tell you that the vest is not part of the torso but oddly the tie seemed fused to the vest, despite being obviously an SDCC Destro tie (notable by the jewel) which was separate. Odder still, the mockup definitely had a T-crotch.
