I believe so, usually those cones came with the SWAT figure playsets.

That deluxe set is like army men tan vs green set.

How come they never pack the SAS (desert Rangers) or mountain guys (grey Delta force, mostly seen only on cardbacks) with anything?

The Humvee set seems like a rip off at sale price, though the Humvees are pricey for this series, licensing costs maybe.

I got them with my Z-9 helicopter.

Does anyone have the jeep and trailer from this set? I'm wondering if the windshield flips up and the general quality of it.

Back When KB Toys was still open, they had them as well as Big Lots, cause i got mine at my local Big Lots some years ago cheaper than KB Toys had them.

I don't have any of those which is why I'm asking. So it's a pretty good piece then? I'm considering popping for this set for all the dio bits and the jeep and trailer is the clincher.

Yeah it's good, i've had my Jeep for years, very nostalgic, holds up to play with, i gotta get that trailer, IMHO it just adds to the Jeep, looks and works well with Joes to.

The funny thing I noticed is Big Lots has been slowly raising the prices on their PTE items. I have an old 3-pack from a while back and it has a $3 price tag. I think the 3-packs are $6-$7 now. So while everyone complains about Hasbro charging $7 a fig these days, it looks like PTE is also raising prices, as well

I noticed that to, but by far still cheaper and more bang for your buck than GI Joes and Corps stuff, i guess is has to do with the oil prices these days and the cost of everything going up, i remember getting those PTE Horses and Camels single packs for like $2.50

All the "dollar" stores seem to be raising prices. Anything from major toy companies especially will be expensive as Family Dollar's stock of Hasbro stuff costs the same as other stores.
