I've always received what I ordered in a quick manner. My only problem was that this particular time, I wanted to cancel an order 3 hours after I placed it on a Friday and I was refused. It didn't even ship until Tuesday.

It's bad business for them because they have to pay for all the extra shipping costs that could have easily been avoided. They also had to pay double the S&H cost due to the screw-up with the discount code on my other order, which forced me to place two orders instead of one

Their problem was that they were seemingly too efficient in sending my order to their warehouse within a couple hours. And yet they were completely incompetent when it came to cancelling the order and refunding my money once it was returned

That happened to me when I tried to buy trubble Bubbles a few months ago. I put them in the cart, then they were gone before I could check out. *sigh*

They also cancelled my order for PP Officers when they had them listed as available on the site. WTF!?!?!?!

Despite the cancellations, I placed two more orders last week, some of us will never learn.

thats weird, I got a wraith instead of paraviper on my last order, lol.

Yeah I'm are dated for 24th as well. Did they give him the ones used for taking the pictures on the website.

I'm going be pissed as hell they mess up my order and figure is only available in AFA format.

I'm confused about that whole AFA thing. Does Hasbro send Hasbro Toy Shop a crate of 50 figures. HTS opens the crate, randomly grabs 10 figures and sends them for AFA grading. The other 40 figures are likely the same quality. Only difference is they don't have a pedigree? I can see getting an "expert" to place a value on a "vintage" toy but a new mass market release?

Graded? Are you kidding? I aint made outta money!
I got Cobra Flint, Pilot Scarlett, Eel, Zartan(!), Airborne and Trakker. One of each, regular versions.

Well they were suppose to send out the Eel wave two days ago.

That hasn't happen yet. This wave is in stock I hope? They didn't do something stupid like take too many orders. I order a Viper from months ago them they kept pushing the date back.

Airborne was part of my order that hasn't shipped yet but of course there is an AFA graded figure available for shipping in one business day. I hope they don't give me the it is all back order line again.

I just got an order in from them about 2 days ago; I think it was almost 4 days from order to ship time. I put the order in on Saturday, it didn't ship until the following Friday (about 2 days after it was supposed to.) Both were from the latest waves (don't want to say what it is because it's a gift for someone. )

So they're not exactly zipping along there...
