I found the raptor at Harvey's grocery store, which is run by the same company as Food Lion and Bloom

Behold the All New Total Soldier Corps Figure Set, and once again Lanard patterns itself after G.I.Joe, because this set has a couple of new figure With little articulation!

I love the new sculpts of the new figures but I loathe that they are static and not like the rest of the figures' articulation.

I spoke to the guy who sculpted all the New Recruits figures (including the 4 new guys with limited articulation)
He said Lanard did it to "compete with other figures on the market with limited articulation" but he also said that the next wave of figures is in the design process and they are leaning towards full articulation again.
