May I ask, since I haven't been following this as closely as perhaps I should have, who the RED figures are supposed to be?

These do look impressive. And it was nice to include the so-called "bad" vests. I mean, if they're still useable, and they still remade them to correct the problem, why waste them? Anyone who ordered these figures is also likely creative enough to come up with some use for them.

The red figures are the "Command Ops", blue is "Security Ops", solid dark green is "Field Ops", camo green is "Spec Ops", gray is "Urban Ops", tan is "Desert Ops", black is "Night Ops" and white is "Arctic Ops". The figures aren't "meant" to be anything other than troopers in different decos for various specialties.

Received mine today (WA). Fantastic lot of figures and gear. I haven't dug in much yet as I was initially just sorting to check off the packing slip. Holy overwhelming lot of gear Batman. Seriously going "all in" sounded like a lot of stuff last year but after sorting baggies good gracious. Fortunately I think that I have a couple old bead totes(like in Justin's review) from projects past so that will be a stress saver.

I didn't recall that we were getting knives for the sheeths so that was a great surprise. Also big props to MJ and crew for deciding to include guns and stands. Very pleased can't wait to get creative.

Sidenote, Assuming I do glue pouches and such in place does anyone know the best type of glue to use? Or is regular super glue with an activator sufficient?

It was added after the KS was finished, if I remember correctly. You could manually add it via Fundafull.

I just got my order. I was in at the commodore level also plus a few add ons. I'm pretty happy with it. The amount of accessories really makes it worth it.

I do agree that the knees feel weak and are difficult to move. I think its a combination of a real tight joints and soft plastic that makes you wonder if you're about to rip it in two. A harder plastic for the connector piece might have worked better.

The waist joint is tight too. I wish it had a little more give like an o-ring.

I also wish that the pegs on the accessories were a little stiffer. The soft peg makes it feel like you're trying to mash them in. Overall i'm really happy. Just throwing out some constructive criticism for the next project.
