one final note on these figures:

if you look real close at the left hand on this figure, it looks filled in -- like maybe it's a solid cast or wax model --

I think these are just very well done one-ups or sculpts ...

my .02$

Well I'm not too excited for that figure. The Businator movie will bomb and I don't see any articulation there.

This figure that comes with the vehicle, his mold(aside from the face mask) is nearly a dead ringer for an accurate Cobra Trooper figure. Instead we got that other figure, which is cool, but not accurate at even accidently.

The glove are a little too thick, but the knee pads, helmet, pouches, boots, everything... is nearly perfect.

Where's that trooper pic from?

The G.I. Joe Trooper looks to have some odd ankle articulation with the joint cut going through the end of the pants rather than being at the line between pants and shoe.

I don't mind plastic treads. It's one less thing to break or degrade over time.

Wow. Tcrotches, reduced articulation all around? Terrible and really inexcusable.

I'm pretty well convinced these figures are not fully finished. I just don't want to tell myself that so if they are non-articulated, I won't be disappointed. I hate to have an expected attitude, but no word outta Hasbro so you can't really think any other way.

The Combat Cruiser driver will make an incredible army builder if it's decently articulated.

Just my two cents -- I think I'm impressed enough with most of these vehicles so that even if the figures have lesser articulation, I'll still get the vehicles. There are some exceptionally cool and impressive vehicles being shown here. I can assign them any drivers I want.

I would also hope that if the driver figures have lesser articulation, if there's any really prominent individuals making their debut in that part of the line, that we might get more poseable single-carded versions later on.

Ultimately, I want to see this line succeed. I don't think any of us want to consider the possible alternative if it doesn't...

Yeah, I didn't want to be the one to say it.

One other articulation note -- the lack of double-jointed knees doesn't bother me in the slightest. I've never thought that was a good idea on ANY action figure line. Ankle articulation -- hmmm -- that will depend on how well they can stand up on their own without it. I know anytime I buy a Clone Trooper that uses legs that don't have ankle articulation it can be something of a struggle.

 Indeed!
I was rather lucky to get 1 of each Zaranna on HTS. They did cancel my 1 extra Zaranna.
They better have Lady Jaye as unrevealed. :-x

I know it WON'T make a difference but maybe at the JoeCon people can make it known to the :hasbro: reps that less articulation on figs = no buy , and their females don't sell (reg price only at a HIGHER PRICE) is pure BS!!!!! Maybe if everyone from JC at least walked up to them and voiced it out and maybe even printed off a SIGNED letter that might MAYBE make them think.... yea I know ONLY IN A PERFECT WORLD...
